About Us

Buena Vista Land LLC is family owned and operated. We have been working in real estate for over a decade and we specialize in vacant land. We know life isn't always easy and we work hard to make the sales process easy for our clients to ensure they have a positive experience when working with us.


When David isn't helping clients, he enjoys road trips, BBQ, playing dodgeball with our sons, spotting wildlife, action movies and reading history or finance books.


When Lisa Ann isn't helping clients, she enjoys hiking, visiting parks with our sons, listening to true crime podcasts and reading nearly every fiction genre.

The Selling Process

Step 1. Request an offer packet

We will need your property information or Reference # and your contact information.

You can submit this on our website by clicking here.

After this information is received, we will reach out to confirm some property details.

Step 2. Review offer packet and Sign the offer you agree to

We will send you an offer packet with a few options for you to choose from including an all-cash offer.

Review the offers and sign if you would like to move forward with one.

And as simple as that, you are under contract!

Step 3. Due diligence, title work & closing

We will have a period to conduct a detailed property review while the title work and closing documents are prepared.

If everything checks out, the closing documents will be sent to you for completion and the local attorney or title company will finish the transaction.

The End! Your property will be sold!

How We Give Back


We are a family owned and operated business. Unfortunately, members of our family have been impacted by visual impairments. We recognize how important vision is to quality of life and that is why when you sell your property to us, we will sponsor eye exams and/or surgeries.


Preventable blindness is still a common problem in many poor rural communities. We feel a responsibility to do something to help these blind people contribute to their families, their communities and enjoy the natural beauty all around them.


In July 2020, we made a commitment to help vision impaired people without access to care by sponsoring surgeries, contributing to supplies and paying for vision exams. We feel these sponsorships will make an immeasurable difference in the lives of those who are sponsored and their families.
